The registration policies
and fees are presented below. Please note that abstracts must be
submitted separately.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refund
requests for registration, banquets and tours must be submitted by
email to Finance Rep
Dr. Beatrice Amyotte
by April 15, 2025.
Cancellations made by this deadline will receive a full refund, less
a $100.00 administration fee.
Cancellations made after
April 15, 2025, will not receive a refund. No refund requests
will be granted for no-shows. Delegate substitutions are not
permitted.
Abstract Withdrawals
Requests to withdraw an
abstract must be made by e-mail to Scientific Committee Chair Dr.
Bourlaye Fofana by
April 15, 2025. All accepted abstracts will be published
unless the abstract is officially withdrawn by this date.
Early bird
registration deadline is March 15, 2025
FINAL deadline for all registrations is May 15, 2025

Fee Notes
**Single-day registrations
can be purchased for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Day
registration includes all symposia, poster sessions, lunches and/or
refreshment breaks scheduled for that day. Please note that Thursday
is a half-day with sessions in the morning and does not include
lunch. Single-day registration does NOT include the banquet ($125)
or pre-conference tour ($100); tickets for these events may be
purchased separately. Additional banquet and tour tickets can be
purchased for an accompanying guest.
***Full registration
(including early bird) includes all symposia, poster sessions,
lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and refreshment breaks scheduled
for the conference, as well as the banquet on Wednesday. The
pre-conference tour is not included in the full registration and
must be purchased separately ($100 per person). Additional banquet
and tour tickets can be purchased for an accompanying guest.
