The Welcome Reception &
Mixer will be in the Sunroom (ADM 121) in the Administration
building.
The Plenary and
Concurrent Sessions will be in various rooms in the Library
building, across the street from the Administration Building.
A block of accommodation
rooms has been reserved in the Nechako building, down the
street from the Library.
There are several
dining and café options
available on campus.

The UBC Okanagan Campus is
conveniently located near the Kelowna
International Airport
(a five minute drive). We recommend flying
directly to Kelowna for our visiting guests.
For those who desire a
scenic road trip through the BC Fraser Valley or the Rocky
Mountains, you have the option of flying to
Vancouver International Airport
(a 4 hour drive) or
Calgary
International Airport (a 7 hour
drive).
