A small number of delegates will be invited to deliver 30 minute presentations including a 20-25 minute talk and 5-10 minutes for questions. These may be assigned to plenary sessions or concurrent sessions based on the scope of research and multi-disciplinary interest.

Most oral presentations will be 15 minutes including a 10-12 minute talk and 3-5 minutes for questions. This will include all student competition presentations. Student competition presenters will be evaluated by 2-3 judges.

Posters must be no larger than 4 ft x 3 ft (120 cm x 90 cm) and may be portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). There is no required template for posters, however we encourage presenters to consider visual appeal, clarity, legibility, and accessibility in creating their designs.
